B. B. Q. SAUCE FOR CHICKEN/BEEF 2 medium onions 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. flour Put oil in blender; add onions and finely chop. Place in saucepan with flour. Gradually add these remaining ingredi- ents: 1/8 c. mustard 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. vinegar 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. chicken broth (may substitute 1 c. water with 1 bouillon cube) 3/4 c. catsup 1 small tomato puree Pour over approximately 15 pieces of chicken. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.
