APRICOT, PINEAPPLE, CREAM CHEESE SALAD|
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. (3 oz.) apricot gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 pt. whipping cream,
whipped (or 1 pkg. Dream
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Heat pineapple, water and sugar; stir in gelatin to
dissolve. Chill until partially congealed. Fold in cream
cheese, celery and nuts. Then fold in whipped cream and
refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
