BING CHERRY SALAD|
1 pkg. cherry jello
1/2 c. cherry juice
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sherry
pinch of salt
1 (No. 2) can Bing cherries,
pitted and halved
1/2 c. pecans
Dissolve jello in hot water. When cold, add cherry
juice and sherry. Add salt, cherries and pecans. Whip with
fork; mix well. Chill and refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
