TURNIP AND CARROT SLAW|
3 c. grated turnips
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped pickles
Mix grated vegetables. Combine sour cream and mayon-
naise, spices and pickles. Toss vegetables and dressing
lightly together and serve on crisp lettuce.
