VINAIGRETTE FOR COLD VEGETABLES

2/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. chopped
pimento-stuffed olives
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. capers or chopped dill
pickle

Combine all ingredients and let set for an hour. Good
for any fresh vegetables suitable for marinade.
