BRIDGE CHICKEN SALAD
2 c. cooked rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
small can Mandarin oranges,
1 c. crushed pineapple,
1 c. white seedless grapes
1 c. celery
2 oz. slivered almonds
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and dash of salt.
