PEA AND CHEESE
1 (17 oz.) can Pride of
Illinois peas, chilled and
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. grated celery
1 tsp. grated onions
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/4 c. sharp cheese, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and toss lightly. Serve on
