GREEN CONGEALED SALAD|
1 pkg. lime jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. (No. 2) can crushed
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 carton whipping cream
1/2 c. broken pecans
Dissolve jello in water; let cool. Add pineapple. Cut
up or mash cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. Chill until the
mixture begins to thicken. Whip cream and fold in. Add pecans
and stir good. Refrigerate until set. Set cream cheese out
before starting so it will handle easier.
