1 pkg. lime gelatin (small)
3/4 c. hot water
1 c. shredded unpeeled
2 Tbsp. grated onions
1 c. cream-style cottage
1 c. salad dressing
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Cool until
slightly set or room temperature. Combine the cucumber and
onion. Drain well. Add the cottage cheese and salad dressing.
Fold the mixture into cool gelatin. Turn into 1 1/2-quart
mold. Chill until set. I use a 9 x 13-inch pan. Grease pan
lightly before you pour salad into it. Loosen with knife and
