PRETZEL SALAD 2 c. broken pretzels 3/4 c. butter, melted 3 Tbsp. sugar or 3 pkg. Equal 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar or 10 to 12 pkg. Equal 1 small container Cool Whip 2 c. water 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O (can use sugar-free) 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, butter and sugar or Equal; pat in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar or Equal and Cool Whip; spread over pretzel mixture. Chill in refrigerator. Boil water and add Jell-O and strawberries. Stir to mix. Pour over cool mixture.
