COLE SLAW VINAIGRETTE 2 c. shredded cabbage 1/3 c. sliced green pepper 1/4 c. chopped parsley 3 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. sugar or 3 packets Equal 2 Tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. salt In bowl, combine cabbage, green pepper and parsley. Stir together vinegar, sugar or Equal, salad oil and salt until sugar is dissolved. Pour over slaw and toss to coat. Cover and chill.
