PEA SALAD 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed 2 ribs celery, finely diced 1 bunch green onions or fewer (if desired) 1/3 c. sour cream 1/4 c. crisply cooked bacon, crumbled 1/4 c. salted cashews Cut white part of onions into thin slices; discard greens. Combine onions with peas, celery and sour cream; chill. Just before serving, add bacon and cashews.
