CRANBERRY SNOW SALAD
3 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apples
3 oz. Philadelphia cream
Dissolve 2 packages lemon gelatin in 3 cups hot water.
Cool. Stir in the cranberry sauce. Then add nuts, celery and
apple. Refrigerate until set. Dissolve other package of lemon
gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Add a little of this to the cream
cheese until it can be combined with the gelatin. Then let
this set until syrupy. Then beat until foamy. Pour this over
