CRANBERRY SNOW SALAD 3 pkg. lemon gelatin 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1/3 c. chopped nuts 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped apples 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese Dissolve 2 packages lemon gelatin in 3 cups hot water. Cool. Stir in the cranberry sauce. Then add nuts, celery and apple. Refrigerate until set. Dissolve other package of lemon gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Add a little of this to the cream cheese until it can be combined with the gelatin. Then let this set until syrupy. Then beat until foamy. Pour this over the cranberry gelatin mixture and chill.
