PEA SALAD 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen petite peas, thawed 2 ribs celery, finely diced 1/2 bunch green onions, finely sliced 1/3 c. sour cream bacon bits salted cashews 1/2 carrot (may be added for color) Combine celery, peas, onions and carrots. Add sour cream. Chill. Just before serving, add cashews and bacon bits.
