CHINESE FRUIT SALAD
4 large cans fruit cocktail
2 envelopes Knox gelatine
1 small cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 small cans mandarin oranges
Drain fruit cocktail well for about 3 hours. Mix cream
cheese, mayonnaise, Knox gelatine, lemon juice and sugar. Add
fruit cocktail. Mix well. Add Cool Whip, mix until fruit is
blended with all ingredients. Place in serving bowl. Arrange
mandarin oranges on top to decorate. Refrigerate overnight to
