QUICK CREAM OF POTATO SOUP|
potatoes (as many as needed)
salt and pepper to taste
butter to taste
Peel potatoes and cube them. Put them in covered pot
and boil them until done. Do not drain and add salt, pepper,
butter and cream. Simmer to thicken and serve.
