RAISIN SAUCE ON HAM|
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. raisins
Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water gradu-
ally, stirring constantly. Add raisins and boil until raisins
are plump and mixture is thickened, stirring occasionally.
Lemon juice may be added for flavoring. Serve warm. Spoon
over sliced ham.
