SHRIMP SALAD 1 1/8 lb. cooked shrimp 1 c. sliced celery 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives 1/2 tsp. minced onion 1/2 c. Miracle Whip, mixed with 1 Tbsp. sour cream juice of 1/4 lemon sugar to taste 1/4 French dressing salt to taste Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate a short time. Serve on greens. Can be served with tomato slices or pineapple slices. Sprinkle avocado halves with lemon juice and salt; fill with salad. Asparagus: Heap salad on 3 or 4 tips (cold). Serves 4.
