3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) bottle Viva Italian
1 c. chopped onion
1 can pitted ripe olives
Thaw broccoli and drain. Add celery, pepper, onion,
olives and Viva Italian. Mix together and marinate overnight.
Just before serving, add sliced mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
(You can halve tomatoes. Makes them easier to eat.)
