1/3 c. olive oil
1 (2 1/2 lb.) can peeled
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
2 whole cloves garlic
Mash garlic; simmer in olive oil. Add other ingredients
and simmer about 30 minutes. Use on chicken, veal, shrimp or
covers 1 pound spaghetti. Serves 4 people.
