CONGEALED APPLE-NUT SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 1 1/2 c. chopped apples 1/4 c. chopped pecans Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice and salt. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir remaining ingredients into gelatin. Chill until firm.
