7-UP SALAD 1 large pkg. any flavor Jell-O 2 c. boiling water 2 c. 7-Up (16 oz. bottle) 1 large can crushed pineapple (keep juice) 3 bananas 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg 2 Tbsp. butter Cool Whip and nuts (if desired) Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add 7-Up. Refriger- ate until partially set. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Mix pineapple with sliced bananas and marshmallows, add to jello. Chill. Mix the flour with sugar in saucepan; add juice and slightly beaten egg. Stir over medium heat until thick. Add butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat. When cool, spread over Jell-O. Top with large bowl of Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired.
