1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or 2 boxes
2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot Jell-O
2/3 c. water
2 jars baby food (apricot),
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple,
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
Mix jello, water, apricot, sugar and pineapple. Bring
to boil, stir then cool completely. Mix well with softened
cream cheese and Cool Whip. (Don't use mixer). Spread in 13 x
