CHEESE AND BROCCOLI SOUP

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. Weiler chicken
crystals
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. onion powder
10 to 12 slices American
cheese

Mix margarine and flour on low heat. Add milk; increase
heat to medium. Add cheese and chicken crystals. Stir.
Reduce heat to low; add broccoli. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
Check to see if cheese is melted and broccoli is completely
broken up. If necessary, simmer a few more minutes.
