1 lb. fresh spinach, washed
and cut up
medium can of bean sprouts,
washed and drained
4 (8 oz.) cans water
chestnuts, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
7 strips fried bacon, crumbled

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, minced
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix together spinach, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, egg
and bacon. When ready to serve, individuals can put dressing
on their own salads. Make sure dressing is stirred often as it
will separate. Keep refrigerated.
