FREEZER COLE SLAW

1 head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed

Chop cabbage, green pepper and carrot; add teaspoon salt
and let stand 1 hour. Boil 1 minute 1 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup
water and 2 tablespoons sugar (1 tablespoon celery seed and 1
tablespoon mustard seed in cloth bag). Let syrup cool. Drain
cabbage and add syrup and freeze.
