SWEET SOUR CARROT SALAD|
5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium sweet onion
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Cook sliced carrots; drain. Chop onion and green
peppers fine. Add soup, salad oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and
pepper and mix well. Refrigerate. Keeps for 3 to 4 weeks in
