HOT CHICKEN SALAD

2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. grated onion or onion
flakes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Combine in casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, then
mix 1/2 cup grated American cheese and 1 cup crushed potato
chips and spread over top. Put back in oven for few minutes.
To toast almonds, heat oven to 325 degrees. Watch carefully.
Note: Be sure to use Hellmann's mayonnaise.
