LEMON GELATIN

3 pkg. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. orange juice
juice from 2 or 3 lemons
(depending on how much
lemon flavor is desired)

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dis-
solves, about 3 minutes. Add sugar and salt, stirring con-
stantly until dissolved. Pour into small bowl. Add the orange
juice and the lemon juice. Stir until well mixed. Pour into
jello mold and chill until firm.
