FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 1 pkg. lemon jello 1 pkg. orange jello 2 c. hot water 1 1/2 c. cold water juice of 1 lemon (3 to 4 Tbsp.) 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (20 oz.) 2 bananas, sliced 1 c. miniature marshmallows Topping: 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. pineapple juice 2 Tbsp. butter 1 c. cream, whipped Dissolve jello in hot water and cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Pour into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan and chill until firm. Mix flour and sugar in heavy saucepan. Add egg and pineapple juice. Cook, stirring until thick. Add butter and cool. When cold, fold in cream. Spread on jello.
