CORNED BEEF SALAD|
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
4 hard boiled eggs
Step 1: Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add
Step 2: Blend Miracle Whip and softened cream cheese.
Step 3: Add cheese and Miracle Whip to jello mixture.
Step 4: Add remaining ingredients to mixture. Blend
thoroughly. Pour into 13 x 9-inch dish and chill.
