GERMAN POTATO SALAD 4 slices bacon, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 4 c. sliced, cooked potatoes 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and saute. Mix other ingredients together and add to bacon and onions. Stir until thick like gravy. Pour over cooked potatoes and stir gently. Serves 6 to 8.
