HOT CHICKEN SALAD 2 c. chicken, cooked and diced 2 c. celery, chopped 1 can mushroom soup 1 can pineapple tidbits 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 small can mushrooms 2 Tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. slivered almonds 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 small can water chestnuts Mix together all ingredients and put in casserole dish. Top with: 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. crushed potato chips Mix together and sprinkle on. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
