DIET PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD

2 large boxes sugar-free
Jell-O (any flavor)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed
pineapple (in natural
juices), drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia
cream cheese (lite)
2 pkg. sugar-free or dietetic
whipped topping
1 Tbsp. milk

In one bowl make Jell-O according to directions but
using 1/2 cup less water per box. Chill until thick. In a
second bowl mix whipped topping according to directions. In a
third bowl place cream cheese and milk. Beat until creamy. In
9 x 13-inch pan or large bowl mix Jell-O and pineapple. Fold
in cream cheese mixture and whipped topping. Or if a more
uniform mixture is preferred, blend together with electric
mixer. Chill until ready to serve.
