SPANISH HOT DOG SAUCE
3 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. catsup
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. minced onions
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
Brown hamburger; pour off grease. Put half in blender;
a little at a time. Put all of meat in slow cooker. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer on low in crock-pot for 6 hours.
