1 head cabbage
1 large onion
1 large pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Shred cabbage in bowl. Next layer shredded onion and
shredded pepper. Sprinkle sugar to cover top. Do not stir.
Bring other ingredients to boil. Pour over mixture while hot.
Refrigerate overnight. Do not stir until ready to serve.
Serves 12.
