FRESH SPINACH SALAD WITH SPICY DRESSING

1/2 lb. spinach, torn
1/2 head lettuce, torn
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts,
drained
1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled

Spicy Dressing:
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup

Combine all ingredients except spicy dressing in a large
bowl. Serve with dressing.
To make dressing: Combine oil and vinegar; beat with
mixer 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredient; beat well.
Yields 6 servings and about 2 cups dressing.
