VEGETABLE SALAD

large can English peas
large can French beans
large can Shoe Peg corn
jar pimentos
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced celery

Mix 3/4 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup Wesson oil, 1/2 cup sugar,
1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black
pepper. Pour over vegetables and let marinate overnight. A
little more sugar may be added, if necessary, for taste.
