LEMON-LIME JELLO SALAD 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello 2 c. hot water 1 can crushed pineapple and juice (medium or large) 1 small carton curd cottage cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can Eagle Brand 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. horseradish Dissolve jellos in 2 cups hot water. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Eagle Brand, chopped pecans and horseradish. Mix all at once. Do not have to wait until jello mixture cools. Yields large Pyrex dish full.
