FRUIT SALAD

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin
oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
chunks
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
3 bananas (or use any of your
favorite fruit)

Fruit Sauce:
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1/3 c. orange juice
concentrate, do not dilute
3/4 c. sour cream

Drain all your canned fruit well. Slice bananas; mix
all fruit together gently; set aside.
To make sauce, combine dry pudding with milk, orange
juice concentrate and sour cream. Beat with wire whisk until
smooth (mixture will thicken). Mix fruit into sauce. Chill.
Makes 10 servings.
