HOT CHICKEN SALAD 2 c. cooked chicken 3 hard boiled eggs 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper Mix all together. Put in casserole dish. Top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbles.
