CONGEALED PINEAPPLE SALAD 1 large box lime jello 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 small cans pineapple 1 c. finely chopped nuts (pecans) 2 c. miniature marshmallows Prepare jello as directed on box. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add drained pineapple and mix well. Add chopped nuts and marshmallows, stir until evenly distributed. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaves and use your favorite garnish if desired.
