2 small or 1 large pkg. orange
1 large can crushed pineapple,
drained (save the juice)
3/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
2 envelopes Dream Whip
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice (if not
enough, add water)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Step 1: Mix the jello and pineapple according to the
directions. Allow to almost congeal. Sprinkle half of the
nuts over the jello and completely congeal.
Step 2: Let the cream cheese soften. Mix Dream Whip
according to the directions on the package. Blend cream cheese
with Dream Whip. Add sugar. Spread over congealed jello and
return to the refrigerator.
Step 3: Cook in double boiler until thick, chill
thoroughly. When cool, spread on jello and Dream Whip.
