CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. undiluted Carnation
1/3 c. Guedoris spicy brown
salt to taste
Saute onions and pepper in butter in medium saucepan.
Stir in flour. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring
constantly. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and water. Cook
over medium heat, stirring constantly until comes to a boil.
Stir in mustard and salt. Serve over ham. Makes about 2 1/2
