BARBECUE SAUCE (1 Gallon) 46 oz. tomato juice 1 (6 oz.) sauce 1 (6 oz.) bottle catsup 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. steak sauce 1 tsp. hot sauce 8 oz. brown sugar 1 diced onion 5 pieces chopped garlic 1 Tbsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. garlic salt 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke Mix together and bring to boil. Simmer 1 hour and let cool completely. Refrigerate or can in pint or quart jars.
