BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP|
1 bunch broccoli or bag of
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked ham, cut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese,
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 c. milk
Cut broccoli in small pieces; cook in a covered pot
with the ham until tender. Drain. Melt cheese over top and
add milk. Cook over low heat until warm.
