SAVORY MUSHROOM SOUP|
3 c. mushroom slices
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine. Add milk and
cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add to cream cheese
mixture and heat thoroughly.
