AVOCADO MOUSSE 2 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin 3 c. boiling water 2 c. avocado, mashed 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. whipping cream 1 can drained Mandarin oranges 1 avocado, sliced Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool until it starts to set and is syrupy. Fold in avocado, mayonnaise and whipped cream. Pour into a well oiled mold (a Bundt pan works well). Chill overnight or until set. Unmold salad and sur- round with orange slices and the sliced avocado.
