2 c. cranberries
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. cherry Jell-O
nuts or celery (optional)
Cook cranberries until they pop open. Add sugar and
Jell-O. Stir well until both are thoroughly dissolved. Chill
as Jell-O. Chopped celery or nuts add color and flavor. Serve
on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise.
