HOT CHICKEN SALAD
4 chicken breasts, cooked and
2 c. croutons
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise or
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and
Mix together. Bake covered until bubbly, 20 minutes, at
